Hi!

My name is Richa, and I’m a designer fueled by a passion for crafting sustainable, engaging spaces. Hailing from Nepal, I earned my undergraduate degree in Architecture and then pursued a Master’s degree in Interior Design from the University of Oklahoma. These formative experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the art of design and the transformative power of thoughtful spaces.

Growing up in Nepal, the great outdoors was my playground—whether trekking through mountains or exploring diverse regions, every adventure ignited my creative spark. That same adventurous spirit now drives me to seek new experiences here, constantly inspiring me to push boundaries and innovate in every project.

At the core of my design philosophy is the commitment to creating user-centered spaces that prioritize functionality, well-being, and sustainability. I am an advocate of community collaboration, believing that great design extends beyond individual expression to enrich the collective experience. The concept of placemaking, a principle deeply ingrained in my architectural roots, continues to guide me. I envision spaces from the perspective of their users, ensuring that every layout not only captivates but also serves its intended purpose with precision and grace.

I firmly believe that creativity isn’t confined by geography—it flourishes under the warm glow of the sun as much as it does amid the chill of snowy landscapes. While my heart embraces a maximalist approach, I always honor the authenticity and truthfulness of materials in my work. My designs are a harmonious blend of bold vision and honest craftsmanship. Beyond my professional pursuits, I delight in life’s simple pleasures—curling up with a good book, experimenting with new recipes, and indulging in the art of baking.

I am eager to channel my design expertise and passion for built spaces into creating environments that inspire, uplift, and endure. I look forward to embracing new opportunities with bold creativity.

Dhanyabad.
